Great communication with host. My husband and I came to the area to visit family. The property was very clean and the beds comfortable. We especially liked having morning coffee on the back deck. Our fur baby appreciated the fenced back yard. We already booked our next visit to this property!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The house is very clean and well-stocked with essentials. The beds are comfortable and we loved having coffee on the back porch. Will was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the TV and came over to fix it. The hosts put out holiday decorations for a festive feel & even left a card & treats that were much appreciated. I would certainly return to this property without hesitation.

Giving 1 star to this host is a Gift. To think that we had to sleep on dirty sheets, blankets and find a mattress pad with 2 blood stains on it when we attempted to change the sheets only to find the other sheets were stained as well... shameful!! And not to offer any refund is horrible customer service. To spend almost 700 for dirty beds is awful. Customer service is nonexistent here.. don't waste your money on this house.

Dear Cyndi, I’m responding regarding your unjust review of our property. It is not fair trying to hurt our business by portraying this situation as something it was not. Cleanliness is our top priority. The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, including freshly laundered sheets. At no point DURING THE STAY did you notify me of an issue or request replacement linens, which I would have been happy to provide immediately as we keep an extra set bed dressings in our laundry area accessible to guests. Additionally, I would like to note that I accommodated you by switching your reservation dates at your request and did not charge you for the additional time the property was held on my calendar. This was done as a courtesy and outside of out standard policies. You completed your stay and used the property as booked. Based on Vrbo’s policies regarding material misrepresentation and the opportunity to remedy, I do not believe this situation warrants a refund. Best regards, Will Burns
