With three levels of living space, multiple waterfront patios, and room for 12 guests, everyone has plenty of space to relax while still enjoying time together.

Third Floor – Private Primary Suite

Enjoy your own private retreat on the entire third floor. The spacious primary suite features a comfortable king bed, stunning views of False River, and a private en suite bathroom.

This level also includes a twin-over-twin daybed, making it a great space for children or additional guests.

Second Floor – Main Living Area

The heart of the home is located on the second floor, where you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room overlooking the water. Step outside onto the waterfront deck to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with spectacular Louisiana sunsets.

Also on this level are two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, making them ideal for couples, friends, or family members.

First Floor – Bonus living and sleeping area

Perfect for larger groups, the first floor features a spacious second living area, providing an additional place to gather, watch TV, play games, or let the kids hang out.

This level also includes a full-over-full bunk bed plus twin pull out trundle and a convenient half bathroom, making it an excellent setup for additional guests or multiple families traveling together.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or loud music between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am

No parking on grass sides of driveway, in another unit's spaces or on street. Excess parking in grass area up hill to right on False River Drive.
