The backyard is even more private and has large dining table, gas fire table with seating and a turf area for kids and adults to play! The living room has a 50 inch TV, plus a murphy style double bed for extra guests. Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved, potty trained and do not bark. This cozy retreat on a family friendly, quiet street offers a well equipped gourmet kitchen, multiple outside areas for entertaining and relaxing. WiFi, Laundry machines, AC, and heating, makes it easy to see why you'll fall in love with the vibrant area and then be able to come back to unwind and relax.

The shopping and fantastic restaurants are an added benefit. People and celebrity watching on Abbot Kinney and the Venice Boardwalk is always fun too.

What makes this property unique

The mid century vibe with the indoor and outdoor living is priceless. Having a private front yard as well as a private back yard to enjoy, is also a rare find in Venice. The house is super close to all the activities, but on a very quiet street with easily accessible street parking (usually in front of, or within few houses).
