Nice home with 3 en suites bedrooms offering many sleep combinations. The house is a really cool layout with 3 separate floors, many seating areas, and a great outdoor patio. The property does sit on a busier street, which the renter should know. Due to the build quality the noise inside is minimized. Almost forgot about the roof top deck, another awesome spot to hang out.

We enjoyed a family vacation for 4 nights with my adult kidsspouses and 1 infant grandson. This is a wonderful house in a very convenient location. It is close to several coffee shops, the beach, Abbot Kinney, and much more. We highly recommend Gjusta for amazing pastries, coffee and breakfast.Our host Bob and our greeter Stephan were very accommodating, as they provided a pack n’ play and a high chair at no extra cost. Additionally, they provide all necessities for the beach including bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The living space furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The A/C kept the house comfortable on the hot August days. We will gladly return next time we stay in Venice!

This place was perfect! Exactly as advertised, walkable to all kinds of Venice restaurants, activities, and the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and lovely to have help with any minor issues.

The house was amazing. The proximity to Venice, Santa Monica, the beach, the pier, everything west-side beach town, was perfect. James was incredibly helpful and communicative and Stephan was so helpful in being there to allow us the opportunity to pre-stock the house with a few groceries delivered by Instacart. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the convenience of its location and the helpfulness of its hosts.

The host was welcoming. The only caveat is that the kitchen is missing things that are necessary if you cook. Lots of pepper, but no salt.
