Was a great place to stay. Clean, well-appointed and in an excellent location. The host was responsive to questions I had. Loved that there is a sliding door to a backyard type area and being able to open the door to let ftesh air in was a great feature

The place fit our needs. The place was not clean upon arrival, however; Matt had good explanation and offered to buy us dinner. In our last night, we were awakened at 4 am by very loud high pitch sound. It sounded like smoke alarm but there were no smoke alarms on the ceiling (only visible plate for smoke detector to be secured to). We were unable to locate source of noise and called host. Matt arrived shortly after our call and after brief search found 2 smoke detectors at the very back of a cabinet. He apologized for inconvenience and did refund us for two nights. I gave 4 stars as I feel the smoke detectors should have been inspected and properly installed on ceiling prior to renting for safety reasons. Overall, the place is conveniently located, clean and host ( Matt) was very responsive, amenable and kind. We will stay here again.
