•NOTE: 4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Chains can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day.
•This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
•Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
•Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. •Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Weekend Getaway!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice weekend trip. Overall the property was nice. Could've been a little cleaner, but it was overall a good experience. There was little to no supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)

Beautiful and Convenient Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible time staying at this rental! The place itself was gorgeous and cozy. We really enjoyed both sitting on the porch, using the stocked kitchen, and watching TV by the fireplace. The house had everything we could need.In terms of location, the nature surrounding the apartment was beautiful and peaceful. Beyond this, Purgatory Ski Resort was just down the road, making for a very easy trip to the slopes. The rental was clean and inviting, and communicating with the management company was very easy!I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to get away and relax, but also have access to nature and a great ski resort right down the road.
