Great place, as advertised. We were lucky to check in 30 minutes early. Owner was responsive to all inquiries during our stay. Cleanliness was lacking, though. Majority of the dishes were covered in grease, crumbs, or just food. The outdoor pool box had a coffee cup and dirty, mens underwear among other trash. The front bathroom and most of those house smelled of vomit when we arrived. There was a beeping smoke detector and when I brought it up, owner said this was not handled because I asked to check in early. Only got in 30 minutes early. Lol. It ended up being a co2 detector that was shoved under blankets in a closet, beeping. Overall, great place. But the small details matter.

We enjoyed the use of the home and space offered. Point of contact was responsive but should do a spot check on not only renters but their management company. Pool and hot tub were clean and most of what was advertised was available. Again super responsive and communicative. Rooms were very tidy and accomidated our very large group. As we enjoyed the amenities business could also still be done.
