Great location and very pet friendly. Only negative s were there were no wash cloths or hand towels and no flat sheet on the bed. And the exterior door codes that everyone used were the same code as our personal room so not super secure.

Thank you for staying! I do want to clarify a few points so there’s no confusion for future guests. Disposable face and hand towels were provided in your room—this is something we introduced based on prior guest feedback. If you needed anything additional, we’re always just a quick message away and happy to help. Regarding the bedding, we make our beds in the European (Dutch) style, which doesn’t include a flat sheet. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate preferences and would have gladly provided one if requested. For the exterior access, I want to be very clear that each room is assigned its own unique door code for the duration of the stay. We’ve never had any issues with this setup, and the suggestion that it isn’t "super secure" simply not accurate. We also monitor the exterior of the building for added security. We put a great deal of care into this and go above and beyond for our guests, so it’s a bit disappointing to hear this.
