Modern and Efficient Beachfront Paradise

One of the nicest spots on Shelter Island (that's a quote from a knowledgeable local!), beautiful contemporary beach house. Modern and clean in every respect. Close to the South Ferry, so dashing off to Sag Harbor or the Hamptons is quick and easy. And while it is super convenient, the house is extremely private. This is a perfect place to spend time away from the hustle of city life. Cool breezes, beautiful view, indoor/outdoor living makes it difficult to leave and delightful to return - every time!
