The house was very enjoyable for a group of college boys. Everything was clean and it had a numerous of amenities that suited us very well. The location was also amazing as it was right next to everything fun and scenic.

Worked for 8sWe had a wonderful four-day stay at Rodin’s house in Largo! The home was clean, bright, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax, gather, and cook.We didn’t use the pool because we were busy visiting family and enjoying the beach. It was looking a little “lily-pad green,” but that may have had something to do with the legendary Florida heat!The bathroom towels were fantastic—fluffy, absorbent, and actually did their job! There weren’t any washcloths, so I left two behind, along with four dish towels for the kitchen. A small dish drainer would also be a helpful addition. And, as seems to be tradition in nearly every VRBO, the pots and pans have seen better days. I’ve officially decided to start traveling with my own cookware! A welcome book on the counter with Wi-Fi passwords, checkout instructions, and a few local recommendations would be helpful for future guests. We know the area because we were visiting family, but newcomers would probably appreciate it.We loved the slides by the back door—such a fun and thoughtful way to keep grassy feet out of the house! We had one small hiccup with a smoke detector, but Rodin responded immediately and had the issue taken care of quickly.If the house is available the next time we’re in town, we would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The house was very clean. Everything was well organized. Everything was in working order. Brand new appliances made me want to get new ones at home! So beautiful. There was plenty of space. And the accommodations were very comfortable.

While the place was super nice inside we were kind of taken aback by the setup. It's a duplex and is a shared unit, so the backyard isn't as private as the listing implies. So you don't truly have the place to your self. The good: exceptionally clean. Prompt communication with the host. The inside is perfect, updated and well equipped.The bad: The toilet kept not filling up the entire stay. The host sent someone over to look at it but it continued after they stopped by. While not a huge issue, just an annoyance. The shower had some pretty bad build up on the shower head so it randomly shot water all over the place. Again, not a huge issue but was annoying. Our biggest complaint would be the high grass in the backyard. So we didn't really use anything in the backyard.

My daughter, grandchildren, and I stayed here for an overnight fun trip. The host Robin was in constant contact ensuring my stay was pleasant and that everything was as it should be. He responded immediately when I messaged him. The house was adorable and conveniently located to all our destinations, I highly recommend staying there,
