This condo is on the beach with an amazing rooftop deck with pool/hot tub and bartender!! There is no direct access to beach as we are in a protective zone, but the beach is just a 2 min walk around the building/block. Best views in Playa Del Carmen! Prime location close to the beach and a few blocks from 5th avenue. Full access to all amenities including roof top pool and hot tub, wifi in lobby and work area and full gym with ocean views. Free parking under building, gated and safe/secure. Everything you need all in one place. This is a second floor condo with open concept kitchen, dinning and living area. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open up to a large balcony with a huge jacuzzi and lounge area. You'll have a gorgeous view of a tropical paradise with beautiful greenery and tiki huts. Wifi access in all common areas and high speed internet in unit. Villa has central AC, ceiling fans, luxury bedding and pillow top hotel collection mattresses. There are 2 large bedrooms with smart TV's and working stations. 1 room has a king size bed with direct access to hot tub/lounge area balcony. 2nd room has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed. The living room has a sectional sofa that can also be converted into a king size bed for and extra sleeping area. This amazing villa can sleep up to 6 people. Perfect for families and couples. Full kitchen with in unit washer/dryer. We offer daily maid service and airport transportation in a large secure AC passenger van (additional fees will be applied) Come stay with us and experience Playa del Carmen like a local. Energy usage : max usage is is 50 kw per day, there will be an EXTRA CHARGE for excess usage. Please turn off all lights, TV’s and thermostats when you are not in the room. If you open the doors and windows, please turn off thermostats as well. Please keep AC thermostat at 24-26 C, DO NOT set lower than desired temperature as AC will not cool faster but waste unnecessary energy. Please help us to conserve energy as we do not want to charge our guests.
