This place offered everything we needed. Very clean, comfy beds, cool AC, and hot showers. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 5 completed 90% of the remodeling of this old farm house. We kept as much of the original home as possible. Our three kids worked after school and in the summer for extra treats and saving for a first car. We are life long residents of Southern Indiana and currently reside in Jeffersonville.

Why they chose this property

We love the convenience of this location and the seclusion of the back yard. We live and work close to this property, so it was easy to get to during the remodel. I went to middle school just across the street.

What makes this property unique

This home is very close to the interstate,, restaurants, fenced back yard, new furniture, new beds and bedding. My wife decorated everything and it looks great. The one car garage is a nice plus as well. The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement and not ideal for lots of laundry. Both units work, but are old.
