House was built in 2015 in a modern architectural style. House is located in Pearl of Istria with beautiful views over the Kvarner bay and the islands. Features quality furniture , 4 rooms with toilet, 2 large living room, 2 kitchens. There is large external swimming pool there are also few beaches near house. One beach is located 800 m from house, others are just 2 km away.

The space

Luxurious four-bedroom house with stunning views. The house has high quality furniture, 3 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets. The house is fully heated and air conditioned, has excellent insulation. Although the house is one unit, it can be used by two families as it has two floors, and 2 kitchens. Modern house is divided in 2 luxury floors ( each 90 m2) for maximum privacy.

Interaction with guests

The most of interaction with our guests is done on the first day of arrival, as we like to give your guests valuable info of the destination, and what they can expect of it. Later we leave it to our guest to decide how much they like to interact with us, as we like to give you maximum privacy. For guest who stay longer than one week we provide local wine and food tasting each Saturday.

There are two fully equipped kitchens, with dishwashers, large freezer, microwave, Chinese tea set, coffee machine. House has three bathrooms and a 2 toilet. Master bathroom has bath and shower . Living room has a state of art ( hi-end) Hi-Fi system, each room has smart TV with SAT and Internet connection. The house is situated in a quiet surroundings.
