-Two large balconies overlooking the beach and wreck pond.
-Reverse living layout with expansive entertaining/dining/bar area.
-Large rear and side yards.
-Attached 2 car garage and double width driveway
-Beach gear, bikes, kayak
-Outdoor shower
-Elevator can be activated upon need
