The home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms on the main level, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The spacious master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, jetted bathtub, hair dryer, and flat iron for added convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Roku access, making it easy to unwind after a day on the water.

Downstairs, the basement level offers a spacious family-style bedroom with garage access, featuring 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, a large TV, and a recliner — perfect for families or larger groups. Guests will also enjoy the cozy basement living area complete with a laundry space, additional refrigerator for food and beverages, 2 recliners, and 2 futons for extra sleeping arrangements. Entertainment options abound with a large TV, PS4 gaming system, and a wide selection of DVDs and PS4 games.

Why they chose this property

We’ve loved the close-knit feel and strong sense of community in this neighborhood. After more than 10 wonderful years here, we decided to share our home so others can enjoy the same experience. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents, which creates a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The area is also known for consistently great water levels, making it ideal for boating, fishing, and enjoying lake life year-round.

What makes this property truly unique is its combination of space, comfort, and versatility. The multi-level layout — featuring both a main floor and a fully equipped basement suite — makes it ideal for large families, multiple couples, or groups traveling together while still allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.

The home is also designed with entertainment and relaxation in mind. Multiple smart TVs, a PS4, DVD collection, and generous seating areas create the perfect setup for movie nights, game time, or simply relaxing indoors after a day on the water.
