Owned and maintained by local residents.

**Our building is currently undergoing upgrades and repairs from the milestone report. The pool is closed and being repaired. Beach access is currently around the side of the building. However, our condo is very nice. Besides, who wants to stay inside when the beach is calling your name! **

Welcome to our Beachfront Suite with amazing ocean views in Daytona Beach, FL all just short distances away from the amazing Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier, Tanger Outlet Mall, bars and restaurants and dozens of outdoor nature activities like the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Aquarium!

Rest and relax in our cozy beach-front studio condo. You can view the sunrise while drinking your coffee in our comfy composite outdoor bar stool Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the complimentary beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella, toys and more while you’re at the beach.

★ LIVING AREA ★
Relax and unwind in an open living space with comfortable leather sofa that converts to a small bed, if needed. A large flat screen TV with DirecTV stream to keep everyone entertained.
* A table will fold-out leaf for eating.
* Private AT&T high-speed internet. (Not the lower-quality/speed public wifi!)

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals including a microwave, toaster and a spacious fridge/freezer.
You’ll have access to quality cookware, dinnerware, and utensils along with a coffee maker to get your day started right and all the cooking essentials you would need right at your fingertips.

There is a full bathroom with a well-lit vanity mirror and an oversized walk-in shower that come stocked with all the essentials for your stay along with soft plush towels so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Please be sure to return the parking pass to the hook next to the coffee maker. The HOA charges $25 for replacements.
There is a trash shoot down the hall for any excess garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ensure you return the parking pass. There is a $25 fee charge if not returned. (This is the cost to replace per the HOA)
Maximum stay is 10 days without prior approval. Please contact before booking if interested in more than 10 days.
There is no smoking in the condo or common areas. If determined to be smoking in the condo, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
