**Our pool and pool deck are currently closed for repairs. The exterior of the building is also under construction**
Newly renovated unit! Our condo on the Beach is located in Daytona Beach Shores where "Life is Better" and right on the famed A1A. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand on the 6th floor of the Pirates Cove Hotel and Resort. This oceanfront building includes a large private pool and beach access for residents and quests. Our condo by the beach has been recently remodeled and is an efficiency including many amenities such as cable TV, HBO, WiFi, kitchen, Queen size bed. Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds and beauty of the ocean. Experience breathtaking sunrises from your private balcony. Spend days walking the beach looking for seashells, surfing, paddle boarding or any of the many other activities this beach paradise has to offer. Or perhaps you just want to relax on your private balcony and/or enjoy some of the local food and beach lifestyle.

Beautiful renovated condo perfect for a weekend getaway. Nothing like watching the sunrise right from bed. Location cant be beat. Easy direct access to the beach. Building is undergoing some major renovations, but construction wasn't a bother at all.

We booked this condo in March 2025 only to learn a few weeks ago there are extensive renovations in facility. Balcony is closed off. Unit was lightly cleaned however, the window shades are loaded with dust so you can't block morning sun. Dresser under mattress also needs cleaning.the icing was the maintenance man pounded on door 8 am to move our car that didn't need moving. Would not stop kept coming back until I went out to discuss.

Everything about the property was perfect from the beginning to the end. Awesome location right on the beach, with very easy beach access. We had been looking for a spot on the ocean in Daytona. We stayed in New Symrna in past years. This spot was absolutely perfect! Just a studio condo with all we needed while here for the Daytona 500! My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The listing was very accurate. The space was clean, well stocked with everything we would need (including a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels), and very close to the beach. The building is a little dated, but the condo itself has been updated nicely. The owner was great with communication throughout the booking process and throughout our stay.

Room is fine. Bed needs updated since last year. Had an issue with the bathroom sink clogging. All in all it was ok for the amount of time we spent there. Pool still being worked in since the last hurricane.

The building that our efficiency was in was a bit outdated, but the unit we rented was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were quick to answer any messages. We enjoyed our short stay and walked to one of our favorite restaurants.

This property is in an excellent location. The view from the balcony is great. The building is older and the condo could use a remodel. The dresser is old and musty smelling. We did not use it for fear our clothes would smell. The shower is terrible. The drain is higher than the rest of the shower so your feet are always in an inch of water. The tile grout is black in spots. The fan is so full of dust I doubt much air is being drawn out. Basically, the place needs a refresh. We spent 2 weeks, but were so busy we didn’t spend much time in the condo. It was just a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable!

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location.. If you were any closer to the beach, you'd be wet :-) The private ocean front balcony offers amazing and everchanging views and the waves provide the ultimate sounds for relaxing - day or night. Overlooking the large pool and, of course, the ocean - you will see swimmers, surfers, dolphin, sea birds, and even an occasional visit form the "Right Whales"...... You may even get "buzzed" by the pelicans in perfect formation! The local area offers so many options for shopping, recreation and entertainment. It is also home to some of the best "Local" places... Great happy hours....
