About the host

This neighborhood is close to the VA, TTU and Medical District. There will be a future multipurpose arena just north of the house and it has great access to Clovis Road. It is on a side dirt road but can be easily be reached.
Why they chose this property
I am a Lubbocite and TTU Graduate from the college of Architecture. I like to create fun and interesting spaces that allow people to make memories. Ive chosen this location to share since the house has some interesting amenities not typically found.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because there isnt anything like it. The 2 houses that make up this house were going to be demolished. They are 2 simple 1920 style homes that I put together and had them joined with a 2 car garage and then I added a large porch to each house.
