On game days, feel free to walk to the game! (0.9 miles) A 17 minute walk is all it takes from door to stadium!

Where do I start? It is extremely quiet. The beds are so comfortable; way more comfortable than the hotel we stayed in last time. We plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper; seems like a little thing, but so important. The host was quick to respond to the one question I had. If you chose this place, be sure to meet the gentleman next door and his dog Batman. We will definitely be staying here again!

House had spiderwebs and rat poop on floor. House looks deceiving with pictures uploaded but in person did not look so great and neighborhood looks a little sketchy.

We were surprised by this review, as it doesn't reflect the property or the experience of our other guests. We maintain a strict cleaning standard between every stay, and our booking calendar stays consistently full — something that wouldn't be the case if issues like this were common. Had anything come up during the stay, we were easily reachable and would have addressed it immediately. The backyard needed a clean up. There were random wires, trash, pieces of metal, an old burn piles and poop from previous dogs that we don’t feel good about letting our dogs loose. Location was close to campus and the inside of the house was very clean and neat! Needed a few extra blankets and wine glasses and it would have been perfect.
