The property is much better than the pictures. Location is great. We didn’t have to rent a car and could walk to get excursions, food, bikes etc.

This was perfect for our trip and we were comfortable and sad to leave! Very clean and lovely touches of personality of the hosts made it special. the in town location as I was running in the Marathon and could walk most places! Thanks for a fun trip!

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad the place was clean and comfortable, and that the personal touches made your stay feel special. It sounds like the in-town location was perfect for marathon weekend, letting you walk to so much. So happy you had a fun trip!
Fantastic home within easy walking distance from many restaurants and points of interest. Check in was easy and smooth. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus some. Our only complaint would be the beds…which were all worn out, too soft and all need to be replaced in our humble opinion.

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the home's location within walking distance of restaurants and points of interest, found check-in easy and smooth, and appreciated how well-stocked the house was. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the beds as well.
Awesome house with a great view! Large living area for people to spread out and the “private” bedroom downstairs is perfect for getting away. The centerpiece bathtub in the master suite is a nice unique fixture you don’t see very often. Easy parking and the fenced in yard were nice as well. This one will stay on my list for larger group stays in Anchorage.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the view, the spacious living area, and the private downstairs bedroom for some extra quiet time. The centerpiece bathtub in the master suite really is a fun, unique touch, and it's great to hear the fenced yard and easy parking worked well for your group. It means a lot to know this place earned a spot on your list for future Anchorage stays, and we're thrilled it was such a great fit for a larger group.

Stellar Location
House is located within walking distance of downtown and the coastal trail. Safe neighborhood with easy parking. The beds are comfortable, with one bed even having an adjustable mattress for comfort. The living room furniture is worn, but still usable. Kitchen is nice and has a large refrigerator and gas range. Large dining table. Nice views of the water. Would stay again.
The house was great and highly recommend. In good shape, clean and comfortable, right on the edge of downtown so extremely convenient. Would gladly stay here again very happily.
Amazing views and great location close to downtown, ship creek, and the coastal trail. Very functional kitchen, comfy beds, nice hangout space - perfect for our family’s stay in anchorage.
We loved this house, it was roomy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is amazing--it's downtown with a view of the water, near a park, walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here!
