The open living area is filled with natural light and offers coastal luxury décor and a 75” smart TV with Comcast cable.

The primary suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a nearby full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee bar, and beautiful views of water and palm trees. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays. Assigned covered parking located near the elevator for easy access to the condo.

Why they chose this property

After touring several neighborhoods in the Naples and Marco Island area, we settled on the exclusive gated community of Treviso Bay because of the beautiful Tuscan inspired design, immaculate tropical inspired landscape, fantastic pool complex with every imaginable amenity, TPC golf course and view of the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. We love the location being situated halfway between 5th Street in Naples and Marco Island.

What makes this property unique

This condo has just been converted from a long term rental to a short term seasonal rental. New luxury vinyl has been installed in the bedrooms, the walls and trim have a fresh coat of paint and all furnishings are brand new. The view from this condo is perfect and after looking at many other offerings, we can say that the southern exposure of this one allows for a bright cheery feeling all day long. The northern view is also very good with views of a large lake. The condo pool and pickleball courts are a very short walk, but far enough to avoid the pickleball sound.
