Welcome to this charming guest house in Pilot Hill nested close to Folsom lake and American River with breathtaking 360 views of Sierra Nevada mountains and folsom lake! It’s paradise for outdoor activities with close by access to salmon falls trails and American River! At the same time it’s secluded enough to spend peaceful time in serene environment! Whether it’s sunrise behind Sierra Nevada mountains or sunset next to folsom lake along with starry nights. You get all .
This fabulous property features 1 bedroom with a cozy king bed, 1.5 bathrooms equipped with a jetted bathtub and shower, and essential amenities like an iron and hair dryer. There is full kitchen with microwave , cooking top, basic utensils, coffee maker , refrigerator etc . There is cozy living space and dining nook with beautiful views of mountains! There is outdoor sitting area in back and front side of property! Guests can relax in the awesome living space or enjoy outdoors! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
