Ocean View Beach House with a wrap around porch, private fenced yard. Granite, hardwoods, flat screen TVs, gas fire pit, gas grill, great water views, Internet, Streaming capability, Central A/C, all new furniture, a 1 minute walk to Eastons Beach and many pubs and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful!!!
Note: All rentals check in at 3:00 PM checkout at 10:00 AM.
Also the property has outside only security cameras. (Out of state owners) They are turned on when the house is empty and turned off day of check in. They are positioned on the driveway/shed/front yard/side porch and basement. (Basement cameras are to monitor HVAC units and water from high rains). Guests do not have access to the basement.

Beautiful spot near the beach!

House is spacious, kitchen is very well stocked and the location is terrific. Great restaurants are in walking distance and so is the beach! Perfect getaway house! So close to The Cliff Walk too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is even prettier than the pictures, with a beautiful wraparound porch and pretty gardens in the yard. The location is fantastic. We took a walk down to the beach and over the cliff walks. Check-in was a breeze, the kitchen has everything you need. There were four couples that stayed there, and plenty of room for us all! Would highly recommend it!

It was a great size house for 8 adults and 3 children under 4 years old. We loved the front gated yard which was perfect for the boys. And it was great that we could walk to the beach.

Location here is the key to loving this classic cottage house...The bathrooms are clean, functional, and welcoming to those who want a tub or a standing shower, and the outdoor shower is spacious and has a handheld you can use, always a plus when returning from a day at one of the beaches within walking distance. Air conditioning, hot water, no problems there! I particularly liked that the hosts were easy to get in touch with if we had any questions about their home away from home. The yard was well maintained, the basketball hoop invited a game of ball though we were too exhausted from wave surfing most days. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the island bar, sliding glass doors to the deck allowing a view of the beach and waves in the distance. The beds were extremely comfortable, and so too the couches! On rainy days, there is plenty of space to go off and enjoy some alone time before reconvening to eat dinner or watch a movie on the big screen in the living room. We loved the deck with its wrap around view of the front yard and side yard, the ocean and the garden (and there were numerous rabbits for the kids to get excited about seeing). Instructions were easy to locate at the bar that greets you when you enter. Someone even took the garbage bins to the street for refuse and recycling to clean up early, and I thank whoever beat me to those bins! (I was on time FTR.) Appliances worked fine and we had no issues. Definitely a gem. Thanks to the hosts for letting us stay!

Great location!

House was perfect for our weekend bachelorette trip. Bedrooms were small but lots of them! Kitchen space, living room, deck and yard were perfect for the 7 of us. Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants. Lots of parking space too!

Great location and space

Great location and house space for a weekend trip to Newport. All guests had their own rooms and house was clean and spacious. We loved relaxing in the living room and outside on the wraparound deck.

Perfect beach house

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is a very large and beautiful house with an expanded wrap around porch. It is a gorgeous property in a great neighborhood and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as some restaurants and stores.

Perfect Newport House

This property is conveniently located and the front yard and the wrap around porch were perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and provided plenty of counter space for extra seating when we needed it. We would definitely choose this property again.

Women’s weekend

This property was perfectly appointed and located for a women’s trip to Newport. Could walk down the street for ice cream, dinner or the ocean. Could drive less than 10 min Newport. The house was so pleasant to visit with each other with plenty of hanging space and the porch had plenty of seating. As advertised it was a lovely place to visit.

Top notch location!

The house and location exceeded all expectations for our group. There was plenty of common and sleeping space, and we were able to enjoy the nearby amenities in Middletown and Newport. Marc was very accommodating and responsive throughout the stay, which was greatly appreciated. This was as good as it gets for greater Newport around Fourth of July!

A great stay!

We had a great time. As other posts have stated, the pictures don’t do it justice. This spot is a true hidden gem. The wrap around porch has views of the ocean and so much seating. The yard is big and lush. The rooms are all comfy and there is central air! Could not ask for a better spot.

Rented this property 4 times before it was up for sale. Bought it in 2016. Great for Family vacations. Have had a lot of great times here and hope everyone else renting will have the same experience! Besides renting the house in the summers we will spend some time here as well. Love the area! Close to everything you need. (Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Downtown Newport)

What makes this property unique

We loved the house cause of the price per week, size of the house, location and yard. Its very close to the beach and a safe walk for kids! The yard is fenced in for safe play for kids as well. Driveway has a basketball hoop for kids and adults to enjoy. Wrap around deck for BBQ's and relaxing.
