From the moment you step into the grand foyer, you're greeted by cathedral ceilings and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that feels both spacious and intimate. The living room invites you to sink into plush leather sofas or cozy king chairs while enjoying the gas fireplace, big-screen TV, and sparkling lake views. Sliding doors make stepping outside effortless, whether you're heading to the deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The dining area, anchored by a rustic table for eight, flows into a chef's kitchen built for memorable gatherings, complete with top-of-the-line integrated appliances, a six-burner gas stove with dual ovens, and a large island with seating for three.

The main level is home to two inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious primary king suite with its own deck access and a spa-inspired ensuite featuring dual vanities, a glass shower, and a spacious closet. A charming queen bedroom, convenient half bath, drop zone, and a full laundry room ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Above the garage, offers a private king suite with its own bath, while the lower level transforms into an entertainment haven. Here you'll find a sprawling sectional, a second gas fireplace, a wet bar with wine cooler, shuffleboard, Golden Tee, and a separate game room with pool table, foosball, arcade table and air hockey. Three additional bedrooms on this level include a king and queen suites with private baths and patio access, plus a queen-over-king bunk room complete with a TV.

Outdoors, Moonlight Cove is pure lakeside magic. Two levels of decking and patios offer endless spaces to gather, from the screened porch with dining for six to the swinging bench that overlooks the water. The lower patio is the perfect place to share stories by the fire pit, while the brand-new dock invites you to dine lakeside at the high-top table, launch the provided kayaks, or park your rental boat for the week.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
◘Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
