This is a shiny new property, so it's in perfect condition. Main house is well designed with lots of thoughtful touches. We think the only thing missing are sun shades for the rear lenai. Definitely would stay here again!

This home is an excellent choice for a family reunion. We had 18 people and used the whole property. Location is convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants in the area. There is plenty of parking and an amazing view!

This was our seventh year vacationing at Lake Norman, and over the years, we’ve stayed in some truly amazing homes. Sunset Retreat at the Lake, however, outshines them all!The property is absolutely exceptional—from the breathtaking views, docks, fire pit, and screened-in porch to the beautiful pool and high-end appliances. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay.We had a group of eleven adults and three children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach cottage was especially perfect for the family with three young children.We loved Sunset Retreat at the Lake so much that we’ve already booked it again for next year—and this time, for an even longer stay!
