**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

Come stay in this beautiful beachfront condo that was featured on HGTV's Beachfront BargainHunt!

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

You will LOVE the Gulf Views from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the popular Phoenix V Condominium.

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Building amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, splash pad water park, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, half-court basketball court, fitness room, BBQ grills, gazebos and onsite security.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our over all experience was great. The condo was clean and beautiful. The only problems we had was that the dish washer didn't work correctly and the dryer seams to be going out since it takes multiple resets to get your clothes dry. You also have to wait a really long time on elevators. The rest of our stay was perfect.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the pictures with no surprises at all! The beach view was amazing, and we really loved the area. The only downside was having to pay an additional parking fee, which I didn’t agree with. Overall, though, we had a great stay.
