3-Bedroom House in State College - Walk to town, campus, and Beaver Stadium
With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed and 1.5 bathrooms, our property offers comfort for all guests. Whether you're staying for a weekend getaway or to root on the Penn State Nittany Lions (Let's Go State!), our place is equipped to make your stay one to remember.
Three very entitled cats normally live in this home. Although we will clean to the very best of our abilities, cat dander unfortunately ends up everywhere. Individuals with cat allergies should consider renting another property.
Please no smoking in the house (outside is fine!). Parties are prohibited. Please be respectful of our neighbors and they will be respectful of you. State College Borough puts strict limitations on the number of people who can rent a home - ours is set at 6.
