Also very close to incredible restaurants, Publix, Trader Joe's, Shopping, Parks & Downtown Sarasota. Flat-Screen TVs in all rooms, Hi-Speed Internet, Comfy beds, modern and fully-stocked Kitchen. Very private and large pool with outside grill and patio furniture. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach!

This captivating 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location. This home is ideal for families, small groups, business travelers & singles.

This home can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Other things to note:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets: Only One (1) small to mid-size dog allowed per reservation only. A Non-Refundable $150 pet fee required. We are also willing to accept a cat.

Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)
Garbage Can & Recycle bins are located along the side of the house: Red for papers, Blue for Plastics, Glass and Cans.
We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible.

This was my vacation dream. The house is beautiful and well stocked. I cooked almost every day and I felt comfortable in the kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We rode our bikes every day. We loved our stay!

Great property. They have a lot of stuff in the house like beach toys coolers pool toys. Had a blast definitely going to do it again!! 6 mins from siesta key!!

Relaxing home

My wife and i loved this home - it has a great cage with pool and an outdoor seating area under the cage. It was stocked with the necessities which is appreciated, and had a nice kitchen, nice gas grill and other amenities we needed. The managing company was very responsive when the pool got dirty from an overnight storm and the pool cleaner came out that evening on a Sunday.. Highly recommend this home.

Lovely Home, but noisy

The property itself was great, and the hosts were great, unfortunately, the neighbor across the street has a dog that barks A LOT. Every day we were woken up by the dog excessively barking from 6a-7a (which was more like 5a-6a our time zone). Other than the dog everything was great.

Pool House Stay Sarasota

Very clean decent accomodations in a well situated location. The pool was great! One minor suggestion would be to upgrade some of the furniture in the future. Would stay there again. Great for kids and adults.
