This beautifully remodeled and fully furnished home is a rare find! It has the best of everything: Convenient access to Sarasota’s best beaches, shopping and restaurants for when you want to go out, and all the comforts of home when you want to stay in. The REME HALO whole house air purifier kills 99% of bacteria, viruses (including COVID-19), and other harmful pathogens.

The home has a convenient split plan with master bedroom and twin room on one side and queen room plus twin room on the opposite end, making this a perfect house to share with two families or visiting grandchildren.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with comfortable quality mattresses and bedding. The spacious dining room seats 8. The kitchen, dining room and family room are centrally located. The entire home is newly renovated, with fully updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances with everything needed to cook and entertain. The adjacent full-size laundry room has a new Samsung washer and dryer. Comfy family room has 58" Roku TV with free Amazon Prime movies and other viewing Apps and a DVD/CD player. Internet and WIFI included.

Centrally monitored security system will ensure peace of mind.

We try to provide for your needs in sunny Sarasota. For your use, we have beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, drink cooler, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, griddle, toaster, Kitchenaid mixer, coffee maker and grinder, bar service, full dining service for 8. Entertainers selection of cooking, baking and serving ware. There is also a pack and play and high chair for the little one!

Great spot in the heart of South Sarasota!!

Great location and proximity to all beaches and amenities. Quiet neighborhood and great for a family! COMFORTABLE beds and perfect for our family of 6. It was our first time to Sarasota and I hate to say too much because I want to make sure we can come back to this spot! An absolute hidden gem!

What a great place! Very clean and kept. No issues at all. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Even the down to the beach towels. Very much enjoyed the home and the owner was awesome to work with. Highly recommended.

First impression was not good as we arrived to dead bugs on kitchen floor and live ones on countertop. Owner assured us that recent spray would work and within a few days it did but it set a bad tone for the month. Also, furnishings were a little tired. It did not live up to our expectations. On the positive side the location is excellent! A short drive to everything.

By the way any one reading my rating scroll down the reviews to July 2018 you'll find me one of the 5 stars raters for that property. Its my 2nd time staying at this property. Thats what I found from the first hour of checking in. 1- roaches every where in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms Owner responded to me saying its the time for roaches in Florida to spread due to the rain, as if Florida is raining in August only and if you know that's the time why didn't you treat it before renters come. (Trying to proof himself right) 2- the living room TV broke down so I brought the small master bedroom instead so he think that the problem is solved you're watching the TV saying its in the warranty and waiting for a technician to fix it for 10 days my whole stay doing nothing cause I switched the small one so problem is solved No SIR its not . 3-the grill is rusty from inside like holes from rust and I could smell the gas from inside and I send him the pictures he said its only the deflectors nothing serious ?!! No sir its serious for my safety and the home could catch a fire 🔥 he said no the home is made of bricks won't catch a fire so I said oh good for you. 4- dishwasher drawer gets out from the body every time you use it and he said yes I know , so he knows and didn't fix it. Well Mr Paul you won and proof your self right but in making people think twice before using your property.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed for our family. We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels and umbrella on our beach days. The garden has an amazing mango tree with the sweetest mangos we have ever tasted. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Paul was great resolving all our needs.

Nestled perfectly in a great neighborhood

I stayed with my family of 7 at the house and we all had plenty of space to rest and hang out. Paul and his wife have the house labeled and organized very nicely so that you don’t have to guess what all the light switches do 😁 There are plenty of plates, cups, cooking utensils and cooking pots to eat there if you need to. There is an abundance of towels and linens if you need to change them out. There are plenty of beach toys and kids games in the home. There are books by the living room to read and wind down with the kids. The washer and dryer are great and easy to use. The house has amazing Mango trees and we sampled a few that came down with the wind, and they were delicious! I would absolutely stay here again! Janet, Conroe, TX

Best Week Ever!

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 days and it was incredible. The property included all of our beach toys,chairs, and towels. Which was amazing and we got to save that money to do more attractions. We went grocery shopping at the nearby Publix, to save money eating out everyday, and it worked out extremely well. The home is super close to shopping, Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Aqua Adventures that features bumper boats and fishing charters. If we ever come back to Siesta Key, we will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 4 week stay at the home in Sarasota. We were only a short drive to Siesta Key beach where we spent several days a week relaxing in the beach chairs provided at the home. We enjoyed going to the harbor downtown everyday to walk and watch the boats. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to shopping and entertainment. Paul responded to any questions in a timely manner. We had a very nice time.

We had a mini family reunion in Sarasota this Christmas so I rented this house to accommodate other family members. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, well furnished ,and had all the amenities that we needed. It was close to the #1 Siesta Key Beach , St. Armand Circle ,grocery and the church. Paul was so acccomodating and quick to reply to my messages. We were delighted to find a starfruit tree in the back yard. Thank you , Paul . I will definitely recommend this house to my family and friends when they come to Sarasota.

Riverwood house was clean and well provisioned for our stay. The kitchen had all needed utensils, spices, cooking oil and even coffee. We enjoyed the grill and the backyard especially after escaping colder weather. Highlights of our trip included the beach, spring training baseball, Mote aquarium, the Selby gardens, Wednesday farmer’s market and the Sarasota county fair. House was convenient to all.

When in Sarasota choose this home!

This was our first experience as a VRBO user. We knew that the home we selected would either make or break future bookings. We were definitely a little nervous. This home is located in a modest neighbourhood, but don't let that fool you. We opened the door to a beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and manicured property with every necessity of home provided. The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking utensils, large and small appliances, and tasteful dish and cookware. The house has been thoughtfully designed to easily accommodate 2 families (or up to 8 people), while preserving both privacy and communal living areas. The home is stocked with every convenience: beach chairs and towels, a portable umbrella, coolers, shampoo, board games, books, and laundry soap (to name a few). We enjoyed sitting on the patio in a private yard in this quiet neighbourhood. The convenience to grocery and drug stores, golf courses, the ball diamond, stores, and of course, various beaches cannot be understated. We easily accessed the downtown area, the Ellenton outlet mall, and nearby Venice. It was the location of this lovely home, in addition to its stunning decor, attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness that has solidified our intent to either rent this Sarasota beauty again, or others like it in other places. The bar has been set!

Exceeds Expectations

This property exceeds expectations and shows better than the pictures might suggest. Everything is comfortable and immaculate. The king sized bed is the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The property is laid out with two bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms on opposing sides of the house so it affords very quiet sleep ins which is great even when young children are up and about. The decor is minimalist and not ticky tacky and there is lots of room for children to play in or several people to watch TV. The kitchen is modern and fully supplied with all of the comforts of home. The dining room table is huge, seats 8 easily with very comfortable chairs. We were able to access Roku and Netflicks on the entertainment system. The yard is most pleasant and the location is excellent for going to beaches or other events in Sarasota and within easy reach of Venice or Bradenton. We were very pleased that the property provided lots of beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella since these are hard items to transport but come in very handy when exploring the area. Siesta Keys beach is 'to die for'. There are lots of grocery stores close by and some great local markets to visit. We would definitely choose this property again if visiting Sarasota with family.

We needed a place to stay last minute while we were renovating our own home nearby. Paul's house was the perfect fit for my family- close to everything, roomy, clean, and comfortable! And Paul was very easy to get ahold of and work with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful decor and great value!!

Wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated home. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds with nice linens. Great value for so much space! Loved the location of this home as it is close to siesta beach and just a quick drive to many great restaurants. One of our favorite restaurants was Phillipi creek oyster bar...best Alaskan king crab in the area! Also, The Table creekside was a delicious spot for happy hour...$5 appetizers and drinks from 4-6:30. When we chose to dine in, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Publix and Trader Joe's were "right around the corner" when we needed to stock up on groceries. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting in the privacy of the back patio. Our host, Paul, was very helpful with questions we had about the area and quick to respond to our emails. Thanks again for a great stay!
