Ocean Front 3BR 3 BA Condo in Rehoboth Beach

Enjoy Ocean Views from this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo! This condo is located on the 8th floor on the North Side. Unit has been updated and offers a King bed, a Queen bed, 1 bunk bed with a Double and a Twin and 3 Single roll away beds. Unit also offers a regular coffeemaker and a Keurig.
Master - King bed with TV and access to the balcony. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination
Guest Room - Queen bed with TV. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination
Guest Room - Bunk bed with a Twin over a Double with access to the hall bath that has a walk in shower.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for the max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 2 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Great location, great views, easy access to beach and boardwalk. Loved the new laminate floor in the living room and bedrooms, new kitchen appliances and cabinets. The kitchen floor is a bit outdated and could use a good scrubbing. The bathroom upgrades are very nice and look great. The unit looked like it was recently freshly painted. Didn't see a vacuum but would have been nice to have a vacuum available for periodic cleaning during our stay. Looking forward to staying at One Virginia 803 next summer!!!

We had a great stay a One Virginian once again. Dana is awesome and as always, cares about the guests and their experience. We love our room and the only disappointment in there is the fact that they changed the pull-out sofa bed to two-fold up roll away beds. We found that takes away space in the closet (where the beds are stored) and would be inconvenient to have them out all the time. Not sure why this decision was made but I think it was better the other way.

Our 30th year!

We've been coming to One Virginia for 30 years and it never disappoints. Sparkling clean with Dana at the helm and a crew of dedicated and lovely long-term employees. It is a quiet family oriented place located on the ocean at the “quiet” end of the boardwalk. The kids love being atop The Kite Shop and a bike shop. All in all, there is nothing negative to be said about this lovely vacation spot.
