About the host

Host profile image
Developed a love for Cocoa Beach while I was at University of Florida and always wanted to return. Found a great piece of land and decided to build this great duplex with features such as high ceilings, private baths, balcony access, custom kitchens, granite countertops and more...

Why they chose this property

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
