Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
To help conserve propane for everyone, please turn each propane tank valve to the CLOSE position after each use. If a tank is running low or you use the backup, we ask that you send a message.
If you are our guest on a Tuesday, please bring trash bins to curb before 7am. Replace large trash bags in the barrels with the bags provided above bins. This helps keep smells and crittters at bay.
Before checking out, we ask that you: Please replace the covers on the grill and the fire pit after they have completely cooled.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please use the faucet out back by the fire pit to rinse off your sandy piggy toes and your little ones. The hoses on the side of the condos belong to

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside, great location, it had great ocean views, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, it was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. Very easy beach access. Beautiful wide beach. Our hosts outfitted the condo with everything we might need, including lots of towels, even beach towels. Pretty much the perfect vacation rental for a family or group of friends.
