It is one mile to the famed "Seven Mile Beach". White sandy beaches in Pine Point.

Terrific staycation

Absolutely lovely location with beautiful views of the marsh and wildlife. Off the beaten path, but close to Rte 1 and the beaches. Great sunrises with direct views as you wake up in the master bedroom. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful house and surroundings

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home. It was very clean and very well stocked. One of the best kitchens of all the places we’ve stayed. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the water as well as the patio with the fire pit out front. Very quiet and relaxing. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Amazing views with amazing comfort!

The place was perfect launchpoint to explore Maine! Absolutely incredible views on the river. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture and amenities! I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this was the best stocked and most comfortable. Highly recommend

Amazing Property, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for a full week and loved getting to stay on the water in this amazing home. The property is well taken care of with nice amenities, located on a quiet street, while still being close to downtown Portland (~20 min). We would love to come back to this property in the future. 10 out of 10.

Perfect Stay in Scarborough

This stay was perfect! The home is beautiful with lots of light and great views. Quiet and picturesque. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. Kitchen set up was great and we had everything we needed in the home. They made sure the driveway was clear for us and when I wasn't sure about a technical issue, they walked me through it. The hosts were kind and helpful from the time we booked to the time we checked out.

Mesmerizing views with a homey feel

The views are 6 stars! We could sit on the deck or the living room sofa and stare out onto the marsh for hours. The home is cozy with lots of different sitting areas to choose from. They have all the cooking amenities needed to make a full sit down meal! We would come back again! The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is the need for a small

Family holiday!

All seasons fun at this stunning Maine property. Enjoyed winter beach walks and marsh hikes all walking distance away. Local gym Foley’s, is top notch. We visited daily and is just a short drive away. A newly opened Costco made feeding our family a breeze in property’s well equipped kitchen. Views from every window. A must for anyone interested in a relaxing wellness vacation!

Our trip to Scarbourgh Maine

This house has an outstanding view and is located just out of Portland (15 min) and also has beaches (10 min). We inquired about the kayaks, and two arrived almost immediately. We visited the beach, brewery, and went for an oyster cruise. All I would rate highly. Scarbough is a lovely, quaint town with local ice cream and even a fry house. Everything was great, and Dad got massive brownie points for the selection.

Stunning Waterfront Views

Lovely house with well kempt lawn on water's edge with put in for paddle board and kayak. 4 impeccable bedrooms - 3 with water & treeline view - including one in separate part of house. The kitchen has lux Cafe GE appliances and very well kitted out. Great location with nice local food options that is 20 minutes south of Portland. Perfect secluded spot for our writing retreat Anthony was immediately available for questions and good suggestions.

Serenity awaits you at this one of a kind waterfront home set along a 3,000 acre pristine estuary called the Scarborough March. Refresh your soul at a nearby beach or as you watch fish jump and birds sing of many kinds from your deck and yard. Smell that refreshing salt air and hear the waves of the nearby ocean at night with a gentle breeze entering your moon light window. With water views from every side, this comfortable 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath one of a kind setting and home will be hard to leave at week's end. It's wonderful how all this beauty and peace is located only a short drive from Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Prout's Neck, Pine point and much much more. Many great local restaurants are very close as well as fun for the kinds and family at the OOB Pier. Ride bikes on the Eastern Trail and take the route through the pristine Scarborough Marsh park and wildlife center nearby. I could go on and on.
Make this a once in a lifetime trip or an annual retreat. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, walking, biking, clamming, bird watching, bar hopping, eating, playing relaxing, reading, and golfing: everything within minutes. This is truly incredible for many reasons. What makes this property unique

This a a very quiet, pristine setting, unique with breathtaking sunsets yet close to everything that South coast of maine has to offer. purle, yellow and orange- red hues grace the sky as you watch heart moving sunsets over the tranquil pristine Scarborough Marsh. This rare setting and home are located by the end of the dead end street, with tons of wildlife and beauty: Watch and hear as the many birds fly by and fish jump in season, and on occasion, if you're lucky, see a seal or a Bald Eagle fishing out back all from the the yard, deck and living room view windows. Enjoy a fire by the edge of the yard with this incredible backdrop. Bring your canoe or kayak or rent one nearby to access the river leading the nearby bay and ocean. Swim in the refreshing salt water tidal river. Bring your boat and access the water using the small craft boat launch at the end of the street. Also, you will enjoy fishing ,clamming, swimming, canoeing, kayaking from this park like property.
