I grew up coming to Cayucos for every summer vacation since I was 5 years old. I have lived here for 30+ years now and love our town! I enjoy hosting because it reminds me of our trips to Cayucos and the memories created.

Why they chose this property

Pacific Ave is the main oceanfront street through Cayucos. It is a quiet residential drive, 25 mph speed limit. Every few blocks there is a public beach access with easy steps to the sand.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the early Cayucos beach cottages. There aren't may left! It isn't modern and glitz, but beachy and quirky. It's the ultimate beach shack.
