This is a great space with an amazing roof deck. Has been used as a location in a TV show (The League, Andre's loft). The neighborhood is very grungy though. My biggest complaint was that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains that, while they tried to address it, never really went away. Hopefully they can get that fixed.

The loft has some issues. The primary bedroom mattress needs replaced. It sinks in the middle of the bed. There seems to be a drain issue in the primary bathroom-it always smelled like a Chinese restaurant. The roof leaked in the second bedroom and had to dry the bedding to go to bed at night. The windows are old and offer little noise reduction. We could hear conversation on the street below and we were 14 floors up. Very noisy neighborhood
