About this property

Stylish apartment with exclusive 80sqm terrace

This apartment occupies the ground floor of a 40's building designed by the renowned Portuguese architect Manuel Norte Júnior.

The apartment was unoccupied for over ten years, after being used as a auto parts store for two decades.

The interiors were refurbished keeping most of the original features, making it a unique place with a very classic Lisbon feel to it.

With a private entrance, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a 80sqm terrace, 280APT is perfect either you are looking for a great stay for your holidays or traveling for business - you can even host your meetings in here with our 65 "TV.

The apartment is naturally chill during the summer and heating is provided in all rooms during the winter months.

Linens and towels are provided for each guest and changed weekly.
