Alpine Chalet is located in Cold Springs, CA, the Gateway to the High Sierras. It sits at a 5,300 Elevation, with SNOW in the winter turns into free safe sledding for the kiddos and LAKETIME fun in the summer! Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is only 15 minutes away to base camp and Pinecrest Lake is only 5 Minutes to LAKE FUN!

The washer and dryer are only available for guests staying 5 or more days. Otherwise, it should not be used. If you have concerns, please feel free to discuss this with me prior to your arrival.

We provide the following for our guests:
Bathroom toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Clean sheets, towels, pillows, and 2-3 days worth of toilet paper.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take back home with you all garbage. Due to heavy bear population we can not keep trash at the cabin. Unfortunately, the county has no bear cans available for trash service at this time.
Please do a load of dishes when you go to bed so you can unload the dishwasher and put dishes away. You can hand wash dishes you use the morning you leave. Thank you for completing our check-out.
Please don't forget to remove all items you brought with you. Don't forget your items. Do a cabin check before you leave. If you need items mailed back our clearer charges you a fee to mail the item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
