Such a great family to host! Communication was easy, they were honest and thoughtful, and they left everything in great condition. We’d gladly welcome them back anytime!

We very much appreciated the communication and instructions from our host. We were also impressed by the amenities and how well the house was stocked with "essentials". Loved the location! We were somewhat frustrated that the configuration of the stairs - winding, steep, and narrow to get to the bedrooms and only bathroom - was not emphasized, or even mentioned in the listing. This is not only hazardous but excludes anybody who has disabilities from from staying. We are elderly and had to leave our luggage on the first floor. In addition, we felt that the listing of 2 bedrooms was misleading - the second bedroom did not have a door which limited privacy.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the communication, location, and amenities. As noted in the listing, O’Neil Haven is a classic Philly trinity layout, and the top-floor bedroom is accessed through the second-floor bedroom. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for staying with us. O’Neil Haven

Very clean and everything we needed was provided. Very convenient to the rail station. Seating and storage were lacking. Stairs were a bit tricky.
