Escape to this spacious, newly renovated home, where privacy and comfort await. This large 5-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 2 large living rooms, an open kitchen anchored by a large island, and a dining room. The large wooded lot and two private shaded back decks with multiple sitting areas provide a peaceful retreat. The private driveway with ample parking ensures your privacy. And it's all just a stone's throw away from shopping, restaurants, the hospital, I-85, and local attractions. This is a large home that offers a unique level of flexibility. The basement offers a full array of entertainment. Included are many board/card style games, puzzles, a pool table, air hockey, a shuffleboard table, foosball, multiple PlayStations and 50+ games, additional video games, movies, an 83" TV with surround sound, and a few more surprises! The topper for any gathering is a well-stocked snack and candy bar, accompanied by a large popcorn machine. The basement has low HVAC soffits. Some areas are limited to 6ft. There are nine beds which include three king size beds three twin beds, two of which are top bunks, two double beds, a fold out sofa and a large sectional the size of three twin beds. Please feel free to message me with any questions or issues. Baby items available upon request include a highchair and a Play-N-Play with an attached changing table. Dog items included upon request at no additional charge include a food and water bowl and a roll of doggie bags.

Our band played the nearby Shawnee Theater and we stayed at this amazing property. Johanna and her family took great care of us, made us feel welcome and the communication was spectacular. Don’t hesitate to book this home if it fits your needs.

Johanna is wonderful to work with. Home is thoughtfully decorated and inviting. We were able to host a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law for about 30 people with ease. Kitchen is well stocked with bake/cook/glassware & dishes. Even thought to have good array of spices and coffee! Basement is well appointed with game tables and big screen TV. There are even some added goodies to enjoy. We will definitely stay again!

The property was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions. We were in a school neighborhood and never heard an outside noise once we were inside. Space was so much bigger than pictures and the game room is a 100/10. It could easily fit 15-20 people and still have room to sleep and move around! We had 7 grown adults who were in town for the races, and we all had our own space. So much fun. Already planning to book this week for next fall

Johanna was gracious, helpful, accommodating and quick to respond, both in making the reservation & while we were there. They have put much thought into making this home comfortable, pretty & a fun place to be. We came from out of town & gathered there with our children and grandchildren (17 of us a dog!) for an early Christmas celebration. The home was decorated beautifully-plus a lovely Christmas tree in the living room & small Christmas trees in all the rooms, including a small tree & basket of decorations for the little ones to decorate-a big hit! And fun yard decorations! The kitchen was well-supplied & had nearly everything we needed for meals—including storage containers for leftovers. The downstairs family room was a lot of fun to hang out in with a huge comfy sectional couch, a game table & lots of games, a big screen TV, a play area with books, a table for matchbox cars, & lots of other activities (pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, slot machine and foosball). Areas of the family room ceiling are low so some of the tall people had to be extra careful not to hit their heads. The whole week we were there it was pretty cold with a couple rainy days so we did not take advantage of the fire pit, ping pong table & basketball arcade game (under the carport), or eating outside on the picnic table.There were 3 bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs & we all slept comfortably. We loved the shower heads in all 3 bathrooms & the nice appliances. We had a wonderful time!
