Very fair price! Super clean and cozy. Owner had necessities available and little treats around the house. Washer and dryer being available mid trip was a big plus too! Loved all the things. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Oh. And there is a parking spot! Downtown that is a pretty special thing.

Great place and location very clean and great atmosphere. I would definitely book here again on any future trips to New Haven. Host responds very fast and answers any questions and the personal parking spot is a perk.

This is actually the rare apartment that’s bigger in person than in the photos. Lives up to the billing and then some. A great stay, especially with super easy walking to the Yale campus.

Great stay in a great location, with highly responsive hosts. Very thoughtful touches with baskets of items you may have forgotten as well as beverages /snacks. Rooftop outdoor area is unique as well. Excellent stay!
