This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and includes a walk-in shower. Take advantage of a fully stocked kitchenette, with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a small dining table for an oceanfront dining experience in the comfort of your own condo. The kitchenette includes all the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
