This not a bad review but is a comment to help prepare for future listings. House was great until we walked further in. Livingroom furniture is worn out, especially the big couch which has a huge dip in the corner seat that looks like you’d fall through. The pool table had big brown rust looking stains. The water pressure for the kitchen sink was very low and the dishwasher smells horrible we could only open it once, had the whole downstairs smelling like moldy water. You can tell the house isn’t cleaned well due to easy to spot dust on window seals and dirty shower shelves. Some outside pool chairs need to be replaced due to big fall through holes/complete tearing and legs on table bend in. House was hot because you cannot adjust the temperature below 72 despite what the outside weather is, which also explains why only 2 or 3 out of 9 rooms have portable fans in the closets you can pullout to use. Out of all the remotes in the house, including the livingroom fan remote, only 2 had backs leaving all the other batteries to constantly fall out. There was also ONE big remote we all had to share to cut on all upstairs TVs, that’s even if your room had one. Overall, the house maintenance and pictures should be updated for this listing because what we purchased versus what we walked in to were completely different.
