I’m sorry the weather didn’t meet your expectations during your stay — unfortunately, controlling the Florida weather is one thing I haven’t quite figured out yet! 😊 Regarding the hot tub, during the summer months, when outdoor temperatures are already around 90°F , I do not operate the pool/spa heating system, as doing so can put unnecessary stress on the equipment and potentially cause damage. On July 16, temperatures in Orlando reached 94°F. I appreciate your stay and hope you were still able to enjoy the home and its other amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! All the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the private pool, and the resort community itself is excellent — offering great amenities like large pools, a lazy river, and restaurants. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The property and host deserves 10 stars. The property is immaculate and well maintained. Offered more space than expected. The host was amazing, kind and patient. Very organized when it came to check in and out. Everything was thoroughly explained before and we ran into no complications. He responded to any and all questions within minutes. We travel yearly to Florida and this was the best property we have rented this far. Thank you

Host was very welcoming and sweet. Communication was great and reaponded very quickly if we had questions. Check in was very easy and the house was as pictured. Didn't get to use the pool as it was a little cold out. House definitely had room to house all of us as we came up for the classics. I gave 4 stars because the house can use a little touch up paint and updated pots and pans but other than that I would definitely book again when I'm in the Orlando area.

The water wouldn’t turn off in shower upstairs, the ice machine didn’t work I had to buy ice our whole stay, more than 2 beds felt like they were broke our family experience was not as I thought it would be with the problems I was faced with
