This neighborhood is where my wife and I first put down roots while she was in college earning her nursing degree. We love it here because it’s close to everything—the University of West Florida, the hospitals, and just a quick trip to Pensacola Beach for some fun in the sun! The area is a true Pensacola neighborhood, surrounded by locals and full of everyday charm. It may not be the fanciest zip code in town, but it’s safe, welcoming, and gives you an authentic feel for the city we’ve come to love.

The Gander’s Respite is our goose-themed getaway, inspired by our daughter—affectionately nicknamed Lucy Goosey—and our love of the animal itself.
