The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, TVs, and fans. Double-check that the stove and oven are off, and the propane tank on grill is turned off (if used).
If your group generates more trash than fits in the black bin, you are responsible for arranging excess trash removal. Any trash left on the property beyond bin capacity will result in a $60 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
