One of the standout features: ocean views are visible from every room in the condo, along with a spacious private back porch overlooking the water.

-Guest Bedroom: Two full beds

This was overall one of the nicest places I’ve ever rented. The hosts were great, they communicated with us regularly and were always helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

The condo was very clean and there was a few items left to get us started so we didn’t have to rush to the store after a long travel. The view was absolutely beautiful. The area was nice to walk around and enjoy the scenery. My guys enjoyed a couple days at the golf course while my daughters lounged by the pool reading and enjoying each others company. Lots of great places to eat. The Baxter restaurant was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful fun filled family vacation

We booked somewhat last minute and so glad we picked this property! Maya and Michelle are so easy to work with and communicated with me frequently! I made an error on our reservation, and they fixed it pronto! The condo is clean and cozy! The scenery is beautiful with great ocean and pool views! It is also very private and has a quiet peace to enjoy with family and friends. I would tell anyone to take advantage of this property and plan to do it again!

We had an excellent stay in Amelia Island! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing on the balcony while listening to the waves. Best place we've stayed on Fernandina Beach! Very spacious for our family of 6, and air conditioning stays nice & cool (a must for my husband & boys ). We loved having a full size washer & dryer & everything to get started (laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, soap, etc). It's great having a storage locker on the main floor, because it made so we didn't have to take our chairs & cart up to the villa (which helps keep sand out of unit). We also loved that we could see the pool from the patio. Our boys are teenagers, so they could keep swimming while we went upstairs, & we were able to see them. Absolutely loved it & plan to return & stay with these wonderful hosts!

Our family, with dog, had a wonderful stay at this condo. Breathtaking view of the landscaping and the ocean from every room and the deck was a nice place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The beach was windy several days so we had the beach to ourselves. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, which we did. The pool is really nice and it was never crowded. Yes, yes i would stay here again.
