We recently stayed at solterra beach villa, in the past we’ve stayed at Disney hotels and we will only be using this villa in the future, what you get for your money incredible, the villa is immaculate and the area is perfect, we always felt safe and looked forward to coming back to the villa from a busy park day, it’s all air conditioned and the owner of very helpful with anything you might need. 100% booking again and would recommend to everyone

Proximity to pool was huge for us. It was perfect. Literally a block away. Communication with host was amazing. Booking was effortless, house is exactly as described. They thought of everything from the double air fryer, Keurig, blender, lots of kitchen utensils. Loved there were even pool towels if needed. House was more than comfortable and we had a great stay. Thank you for everything.

Home away from home - exceptional

We’ve just returned from our second stay at this villa, and once again it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations — the villa is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it a true home away from home. Devon genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. Every aspect of the stay was seamless, from booking through to departure, and the communication was excellent throughout. Having now stayed twice, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever visited. It offers relaxation and luxury and we will be booking again for next year Highly recommended — a truly exceptional stay- thanks again Devon !!

Thank you for your feedback, Richard. Our pool was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and our pool service returned the morning after your late-night check-in to clear light pollen that had settled overnight after rain, which is completely routine in Florida. We have both pre-arrival walkthrough video and post-service photo documentation confirming the pool was clean and clear throughout your stay, and this evidence has been shared with VRBO. We reached out directly during your stay and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a refund for remaining nights so your group could find a better fit elsewhere. That offer was not taken up, all communication from your group ceased, and your group remained at the property through to and beyond the agreed checkout time. Not every home is the right fit for every guest, and this appears to have been one of those cases.

The house was very spacious and clean. It's nice that all the bedrooms have access to bathrooms. Only two of the rooms really have to share a bathroom.

Amazing Stay

Our family have recently stayed in Solterra Beach Villa and have had an amazing stay, we were very sad to leave. The villa was absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly need and exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub was lovely to relax in after long days at the parks. The villa is perfectly located to be able to explore all parks and surrounding areas and is in a gated community so we always felt very safe. Solterra resort has a lovely clubhouse with a resort pool, lazy river and other amenities. I was very nervous about booking our first villa but the owner made the process very straight forward and communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Florida Vacation with Friends

This was a great place to stay and was exactly what we expected. Really enjoyed the privacy of everyone having their own room as well as the togetherness that was brought together in the dining space as well as by the pool.

Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Great stay near Disney

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.
