THE SPACE: This unit is perfect for those seeking a quiet, private space to relax and work remotely, or settle in for an extended stay. It is on the lower level of an over/under duplex on a hillside. You’ll have your own exterior entrance. The only shared space is outdoors when I am tending the yard. I put a lot of energy and care into creating a beautiful green space to enjoy from Spring through Fall. From inside the unit, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Flatirons & the Rocky Mountains at sunset, with the mountains capped in snow in Winter. TO ACCESS the unit, you’ll walk down a gentle concrete pathway with 22 steps. Once you’ve reached the RED door, you’ll find a warm, open, spacious, inviting living area, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a utility closet equipped with cleaning supplies, a full-size washer and dryer, including laundry detergent. THE KITCHEN has everything you’ll need to cook and dine. Cookware includes a Calphalon tri-ply stainless steel pan for even heating and a T-fal Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pan, perfect for cooking eggs. (Olive oil and some spices are included.) A Keurig K-Mini Plus single-serve coffee and tea maker. Accompaniments included. THE BEDROOM has a lovely King Bed with a “medium -firm” mattress, fully protected from dust, allergens, and bugs. All linens are made from 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton and are climate pledge-friendly. The Duvet is made from 100% waterfowl feathers and maintains a consistent temperature in all seasons. There are two pillow choices: the Indulgence Gusset Side Sleeper Down Pillow and the Tempur-Pedic Cooling Memory Foam, both designed for absolute comfort. Micro plush heated blankets and plush throw blankets are available to keep you warm and cozy throughout your stay. ALL BATHROOM towels and bathrobes are 100% cotton. Essentials include shampoo, conditioner, body wash for men and women, hand soap, and facial amenities. THE UNIT has its own central fan, which is Turned ON; the whole unit should cool quite well. The space stays naturally cool and comfortable throughout the summer —something we’ve enjoyed for years. FOLDING CHAIRS are available for outdoor use. Watch the sunsets from the front porch. Nature has its way, and the backyard is full of vegetation. The songs of wild birds, crickets chirping, are the Music Of The Day and Night!
