Ocean was visible from den and deck but it is not beach front. Older home in a very nice neighborhood. Close to everything you could need. Place was very clean. Apparently we were the first rental. Kitchen lacked some equipment but owner was very responsive and provided what we needed. Check in and out instructions were excellent. No elevator. Need to carry luggage up a flight of steps. Plenty of AC’s and fans to keep the place cool and well lit. Felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood.

Thank you Michelle for being a great guest. Just as a clarification we ARE beachfront, the listing does not say on the water and i can see where that may be confusing but we are 1-2 minute walk to the sand
