Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 6.
✔ Hot Tub Cleaning - A $100 fee applies only if extra cleaning is needed after use.

Starter pack of essentials included:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

Important Note: The garage is reserved for owner use and isn’t available to guests during your stay.

Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is weather dependent and may be unavailable during extreme cold (including below zero temperatures). While we do not offer refunds for weather-related shutdowns, we will communicate proactively if conditions require temporary closure.
